Dame de Cœur, Le Clos des Roses
The Côtes de Provence AOC of Clos des Roses which blossom on a crystalline and volcanic ground under maritime influence, offer a beautiful palette of rosé wines. La Dame de Coeur, a Côtes de Provence rosé, is one of them and will brighten up your gourmet tables.
Made from two grape varieties - 90% Grenache and 10% Syrah - the Dame de Coeur rosé is harvested by hand, which is more respectful of the grapes, and then fermented slowly in our wine cellar. In this same will to practice agro-ecology, the wine estate Le Clos des Roses uses only natural products.
At first sight, the soft pink dress of the Dame de Coeur wine invites you to a pretty moment. The nose where white fruits, pomegranate and citrus fruits are expressed confirms the delicacy of the dress. The taste buds are awakened.
