White wine, Pays des Maures 2021
The domain Le Clos des Roses proposes you its white vintage "Mademoiselle Rose" IGP wine of the country of Maures. Two grape varieties compose it, Viognier (70%) and Sauvignon Blanc (30%). The white wine "Mademoiselle Rose" is produced in organic farming and harvested manually according to the choices and principles defended by the cellar master of the domain Le Clos des Roses.
When tasted, the wine has a pale color with a green glint; its subtle nose mixes notes of lemon, white flowers and acacia. And when you taste it, the fresh mouth in attack, leaves then place to a certain length where we find spicy flavors.
Very expressive with its floral and spicy notes, this white wine has its place on your festive moments. A friendly aperitif with friends, a platter of fresh goat's cheese... The white "Mademoiselle rose" IGP vin de pays des Maures is sure to please.
And if you are a group, the vintage is available in magnum.
